A. ELIGIBILITY

1.     This Lucky Draw Contest is open to all Singapore citizens, residents, work permit holders, valid Singapore pass holders (who are located in Singapore) and is valid in Singapore only.

2.     If you are below 18 years of age, you may participate in this Contest only if the written consent of your parent or legal guardian is obtained and by participating in this Lucky Draw Contest such consent shall deemed to have been obtained.

3.     Persons ineligible and excluded from this Lucky Draw Contest are: 

(a) Employees of YHI Corporation (Singapore) Pte Ltd, and their advertising, fulfilment and promotion agencies; 

(b) Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each of (a); 

(c) Persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this Lucky Draw Contest

B. HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1.     Purchase 4 pieces Yokohama Passenger Tyres from any YHI authorized dealer island wide, in Singapore only, during the promotion period.

2.     Fill up all fields on the contest landing page by 31 March 2019, 11.59pm. Multiple entries from each NRIC/FIN no. are valid as long as different original receipts stating purchase from authorized dealers in Singapore are submitted before the Lucky Draw Contest closes.

1.     There will be 6 lucky winners.
Lucky Draw Contestant shall win cash cheque of either $888, $388 or $188.

2.     The gift is as stated and is non-transferable and not-for-sale. 
It is the participant’s responsibility to redeem/collect the gift at/within the stated time period/venue, after which the Promoter reserves its right to deal with it in any manner it deems fit.

3.     The decision of the Promoter is final and binding, no further correspondence will be entertained.

E. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

By submitting this entry form, you agree that YHI Corporation (S) Pte Ltd may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in this entry form, for the following purposes in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012:

(a) To administer the redemption process, including to contact you for the administration of gift in relation to this redemption.

F. RIGHT OF THE PROMOTER

1.     The Promoter’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion is final, conclusive and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

2.     The Promoter reserves the right to change these terms & conditions at any time without prior notice.

3.     All personal details submitted must be accurate and complete and are subject to proof upon request by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants and to disqualify any entry not submitted in accordance with these Terms or which tampers with the entry process.

G. WINNING ANNOUNCEMENT

1.     Lucky Draw Contest winners will be informed via email and on our Facebook/Instagram pages in the month of April-May 2018.

2.     Acceptance of the prize constitutes your approval to the Promoter’s use of your names or images for promotional, marketing and/or other purposes on our online/offline platforms for an unlimited period of time.

H. OTHER CONDITIONS

1.     Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, the Promoter reserves the right to amend, add, replace, vary and/or modify these Terms and Conditions without giving prior notice. Entry into this Lucky Draw Contest confirms acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and any amendments, additions, replacements, variations and modifications hereto, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

2.     The Promoter shall not be responsible for technical errors in telecommunications networks, Internet access or otherwise preventing entry to the Lucky Draw Contest.

3.     This Lucky Draw Contest and the Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdictions of the courts in Singapore.

4.     The Promoter reserves the right to select another winner if it has reasonable grounds to believe the initial winner has contravened any terms stated herein.
